RESTATEADS S.L.U., hereinafter QUALinHABITAT, will follow all necessary legal ways to stop any kind of behaviour trying to break the law, acting with the Authorities to identify the responsible of the law violation.
Information about prices and square meters of all the real estate products shown in QUALinHABITAT website are basically orientate and approximate. It wont be a binding offer for QUALinHABITAT.
QUALinHABITAT doesn’t answer in any case of the efficiency and accuracy of this information, keeping exempt of any kind of contractual or extra contractual responsibility with the customer who uses it.
According to the Real Decree 515/1989 of April 21st, about consumer’s protection as for the information given during the real estate sale-purchasing and renting of housing, the same will be at the customers disposal by QUALinHABITAT.

JURISDICTION
